Return & Exchange
The complete satisfaction of our customers is of principal importance to us and we always endeavor to provide the best possible service. If for any reason you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return and exchange an item for a different color or size. Please refer to Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions as below and contact us within 3 days from receiving your order with a case number explaining the reason for your Return & Exchange request. The return item(s) must be sent out within 7 days after making the request.
Please note thats request made after the deadline will not be granted.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURN IF IT IS DEFECTIVE ITEM AND RESERVATION ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the ESPEN SALBERG HAUTE box/bag.
All discounted items cannot be returned and exchange.
All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card via Paypal but shipping costs will be deducted.
Evaluation process may take up to 30 days from receipt.
Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions by ESPEN SALBERG DESIGN will be final.
